Hey! My name is Marek and I just love sports. I've been doing it all my life and that's why I decided to open my own training center. I have always been bothered by the impersonal approach, crowded gyms and millions of commercial training concepts. So I want to focus on the sporting details that get results. Effective training must carry elements of hardness, honesty and most importantly, an emphasis on perfect execution that protects our health.
